Seamus Cox & Co have been predominant in the Fermanagh Real Estate market for decades. Originally a branch of McQuitty Ross, the office was procured by our current director Seamus Cox in 1992 and thus Seamus Cox & Co was established.
Our offices are a fixture of Enniskillens East Bridge Street and, from this central town location, we have been providing quality housing and land services to Fermanagh and the surrounding areas for over 25 years.
After completing his education in St. Michael’s College, Enniskillen, Seamus graduated with a Diploma in Estate Management from the Ulster University in 1985 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1988.
With over 30 years experience Seamus presently specialises in professional Valuations for all property and land matters in addition to overseeing the day to day management of sales and lettings. Seamus is also appointed as a Consultant Valuation Surveyor to most major Mortgage lenders.
For the past 27 years Martina has been a partner in the Company.
After completing her education in St. Mary’s, Brollagh, and in South West College, she commenced her career in Estate Agency and Financial Services.
Martina’s role within the firm is hugely varied dealing with all aspects of running an efficient and professional business including the financial management of the Office.
She has completed a Diploma in Administrative Management and more recently a CIH Award in Letting and Managing Residential Property.
Patrick joined Seamus Cox & Co in 2015.
With a strong background in Customer Service and Administration, Patrick currently serves the company as Lettings Manager and Sales Negotiator and holds a CIH Award in Letting & Managing Residential Property.
